Free Untracked Shipping — Sticker OrdersOrders containing stickers only ship free via untracked lettermail.

Free Tracked Shipping — Orders $100 CAD or More Orders totalling $100 CAD or more ship free with tracking included.

Standard Shipping — $8 CAD All other orders (non-sticker orders under $100 CAD) are charged a flat $8 shipping fee.

Processing Time Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Tracking Orders over $100 CAD will receive a tracking number by email once shipped. Sticker-only and standard orders ship via untracked lettermail; delivery typically takes 5–14 business days within Canada.

All Sales Final As handmade goods, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

International Orders

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Club Sabrina is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Tracked shipments can be investigated through the shipping carrier if delivery issues arise.

For orders shipped via stamped lettermail, once the package has been handed over to the postal service, Club Sabrina cannot guarantee delivery times or provide tracking updates.
