Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. During product launches, sales, holidays, or busy market seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Canada

Free Shipping on Orders Under $100 CAD

Orders under $100 CAD that qualify for free shipping will be sent via Canada Post stamped lettermail whenever possible. Stamped lettermail is an untracked shipping method.

Please note:

• No tracking number will be provided for stamped lettermail shipments.
• Club Sabrina is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service volume.

Free Tracked Shipping on Orders Over $100 CAD

Orders with a subtotal of $100 CAD or more qualify for free tracked shipping. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Orders

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Club Sabrina is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Tracked shipments can be investigated through the shipping carrier if delivery issues arise.

For orders shipped via stamped lettermail, once the package has been handed over to the postal service, Club Sabrina cannot guarantee delivery times or provide tracking updates.
