Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting Club Sabrina before their next billing date.

To avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal payment is processed.

No Partial Refunds

Once a subscription renewal payment has been processed, that month's order is considered confirmed and will be fulfilled as scheduled. Refunds will not be provided for partially used subscription periods or orders that have already entered production, packing, or shipping.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment cannot be processed, Club Sabrina may pause or cancel the subscription until payment information is updated.

Changes to Subscription Products

Club Sabrina reserves the right to modify subscription contents, pricing, shipping methods, release schedules, or membership benefits at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes whenever reasonably possible.
